It's a birdhouse!
It was very easy to make - the 'body' of the box is just an A4 card scored and folded into four equal parts (after leaving a 1.5cm 'lip' for sticking), which is easier to decorate, cut holes in etc. before you stick it together.
The roof, is just another pice of card I fudged around with until it fitted.
The two birds are Inkadinkadoo stamps which I cut out, coloured and mounted, one on the roof and one on the perch.
I roughly sketched and coloured some flowers and used an Adirondack Lettuce inkpad to make some rudimentary grass and colour the roof.
