I made these two quick cards for my cousins as my Aunt passed away today.
Clearly, the same La Blanche stamp was used for both and coloured with Copics.
The upper one sports Nestability mats in three different shades of cream which are slightly distressed with Adirondack Terracotta and a sand-coloured powder eyeshadow, and outlined in Gold Touch.
The message stamp is my own Eiglas text stamp in LucidaCalligraphy 28pt.
The plain textured cream base card I 'dotted' with Gold Touch pen.
The lower one I used a pearlescent card for the base and layered up my Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch with a scalloped ribbon.

Thank you so much peeps. My Aunt and I weren't especially close but we got on very well and she was a lovely lady.
ReplyDeleteShe never really recovered from losing her husband so it's not as sad as it might otherwise be.
