I just picked this up from 'Create With Joy' blog and thought it was a splendid idea! I've cut and pasted so I get it right - here's what Joy wrote:-

It’s passing on a kindness, hoping that your recipients will do the same, and forming a never-ending chain of goodwill. But it isn’t only kindness, it is also a means to connect and share instead of just keeping it to ourselves.
Isn't this an awesome idea? Wouldn't you like the opportunity to bless someone out of the blue and become a link in a never-ending chain of goodwill? To share the love, here's what you need to do:
Leave a comment on this post indicating you would like to Pay It Forward on your blog! The first person who comments and posts about this on their blog - plus two more participants - will receive something special from me during the upcoming months.
